400 meter Sprints

Rest 3-4 minutes between Sprints

200 meter Sprints

Rest 2-3 minutes between Sprints

100 meter Sprints

Rest 1 minute between sprints

50 meter Sprints

Rest 30 seconds between sprints

If don't do sprints normally cut the volume in half
