WOD Format

Bodyweight and 5 skills training until the new year.

Occasionally we will mix in a pure interval or resistance training day, but we are going to push everyone to master the Effectus Workout (warm up) along with the 5 essential skills of Handstand, Lever, Muscle Up, Pistol, and Back Bridge. 60 days of development to look forward to.
